particular attention to the dominance of the inner critical voice
and its incessant demands.
- Make a conscious effort to
minimize the impact of the critical voice by accepting errors and
mistakes as a natural part of life.
- At the end of each day,
reflect on how compassion and forgiveness are the keys to true
perfection.
