- For the next week, pay particular
attention to what is positive and meaningful in the ordinary flow of
life.
- Make a conscious effort to stay in
the present moment with what is actually happening despite powerful
fluctuating feelings.
- At the end of each day, reflect on
how wholeness and satisfaction come from fully experiencing what is
taking place in the here and now.
