Moderate Pace.

Understand failure in not disaster.
Love is for person, not for accomplishment.
 
Ultimate Task: Reclaiming the truth of the statement that love comes to you because of who you are not because of what you do.
 
The following simple practices will assist the development of Type Threes.
It may be useful to record your reactions.
  1. For the next week, make a conscious effort to moderate your pace at work and in your personal life.
  2. Notice the feelings and thoughts that arise as you make this change.
  3. At the end of each day, reflect on how fulfillment can come from being as well as from doing.
